What we store

• Your account: email address, name and settings.
• The materials you upload and the text extracted from them, and everything you create: summaries, flashcards, exams, study plans and conversations.
• Study activity used for your progress and streaks, such as reviews, exam attempts and study time.
• If you subscribe: your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and the subscription's status and period. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Who processes it

• Supabase hosts the database, file storage and sign-in.
• Anthropic processes the parts of your materials needed for each AI request you make. Your documents are not used to train AI models.
• Stripe processes payments and stores payment details.
• Vercel hosts the website and app and keeps short-lived request logs, such as IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
• Cloudflare provides our domain’s DNS and forwards emails sent to our support address.

Where it is stored

Your account, files and study data are stored in the EU (Ireland), and the app runs in the EU. AI requests are processed by Anthropic in the United States.

Your choices

• Delete any material, deck, exam or conversation at any time.
• Delete your account in Settings; this removes your materials and study data.
• Cancelling a subscription does not delete anything.
• If you share a deck, anyone with its link can see that deck's cards and save a copy. Turn sharing off at any time; copies already saved stay with the people who saved them.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, deleted or sent to you, and object to its use. Write to support@prephomie.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch), in the EU the authority of your country.
